With over 200 pastoral acres of fields and woodlands, Fruitlands’historic setting and sunsets offers casually elegant hospitality to any event. Whether the event is a romantic anniversary gathering for twenty or an elegant wedding celebration for 180, various indoor and outdoor venues can be rented for weddings, ceremonies, private parties, receptions, meetings, and corporate retreats. Non-profit rates are available.

Family Celebrations, Reunions & Meetings
Fruitlands Museum is an excellent location for distinctive family gatherings, corporate social functions, retreats, and small meetings. Locations may include indoor restaurant spaces, a panoramic tent, and intimate garden arbor. A number of the Museum's buildings (the Wayside and Picture Gallery) can also be combined to provide unique spaces for small retreats and meetings, accommodating up to 75 people.

Museum Memories
Combine your event by offering your guests a Fruitlands Museum Pass so they can return to visit our changing exhibits, galleries and grounds. The Museum Store will help you coordinate gifts, event bags and Fruitlands museum memberships for colleagues, friends and family. Accessibility
Nestled in “orchard country” just 30 minutes from Boston, Worcester and Lowell, Fruitlands is located 30 miles west of Boston, approximately 6 miles from the junction of Routes 495 & 2. From points east and west take Route 2 to Exit 38A, bear right off the ramp, take first right onto Old Shirley Road and follow for two miles.
